Setup Instructions

  1. Reach out to support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Provide the launch date and the tier structure you'd like applied for this type of marketing activity. Also let the team know which type of inventory you will be running.

  1. Follow the instructions below to set up marketing event and spend tracking based on the type of media you will be running. This must be set up before launch.

  • Linear TV: confirm with TV Scientific if this will run through Comcast
  1. The day after launch, let Rockerbox know you have launched so that they can QA that all marketing and spend data is being tracked as expected.

Display Setup Instructions

  1. Apply the below impression pixel to all placements. This must be completed before launch.
  1. Set up batch spend reporting per the instructions below
All spend reports must align with the requirements listed here.
  • TV Scientific will need to set up automated reporting within their platform to be sent to Rockerbox daily. Reach out to TV Scientific with the below
    • Endpoint: details will be provided by support@rockerbox.com. These need to be sent to TV Scientific to set up reporting.
    • Report Contents:
      • Files should be sent on a daily cadence
      • Each file should contain the previous day of spend data.
      • Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below, including capitalization & spacing.
