Tracking SMS touchpoints in Rockerbox will allow you to see the impact of SMS in driving conversions in combination with your other digital and offline channels.

Rockerbox is able to track click-based sms touchpoints through the use of UTMs that should be appended at the end of each URL in your sms campaigns.

Rockerbox needs "sms" included in your UTM source or medium value in order to properly recognize & map sms activity

We recommend utilizing the following UTM structure to maximize your ability to make sms optimizations in Rockerbox:

SMS vendor name (Attentive, etc.)

Name of actual sms campaign
