What this view shows
Rockerbox's Channel Overlap view helps you assess what other marketing channels users are interacting with when they have a given channel on their path to conversion. The view will help answer questions like
- Where are the redundancies in my marketing mix? Where am I paying for users that would have converted without multiple paid touchpoints?
- How much are my marketing channels really overlapping and taking credit for driving the same conversions when I look at in-platform reporting
- What marketing channels do users often interact with that drive to high revenue orders. Are there specific channels that drive users effectively to bottom funnel channels like Email and SMS and resulting in high AOV?
