Re-Authenticating Accounts

From time to time an API integration with your buying platforms needs to be re-authenticated. This can occur for a number of reasons, some of which include:

  • The team member at your company that originally authenticated the connection has left your company and their access to your buying platforms has been removed.
  • The buying platform only enables authentication for a limited period of time. This time window may vary from platform-to-platform; for example, one platform may require re-auth after 90 days while another after 180 days.

General Process

  • Navigate to Data -> Advertising Platforms
  • Click on the reconnect button underneath the specific platform
  • Enter your credentials to re-authenticate
