Setup Instructions

  1. Reach out to to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you'd like applied for this type of marketing activity.
  2. Follow the instructions below to apply URL parameters and/or impression pixels to all placements within the AdMedia platform. These parameters and pixels use macros and do not need to be manually replaced. This must be completed before launch.
  3. Follow the below instructions to set up automated spend reporting from AdMedia to Rockerbox. This should also be completed before launch.

All spend reports must align with the requirements listed here.
  1. AdMedia will need to set up automated reporting within their platform to be sent to Rockerbox daily. Reach out to AdMedia with the below
    1. Endpoint: the Rockerbox support team will send the SFTP endpoint to you when the integration is enabled. AdMedia will set up reporting to be delivered to this endpoint.
    2. Report Contents:
      1. Files should be sent on a daily cadence
      2. Each file should contain the previous 1 day of spend data.
      3. Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below, including capitalization & spacing. Extra columns or order of columns will have no impact.
