Evaluating TOF performance

Follow the recommended steps below to evaluate your top-of-funnel performance in Rockerbox.

  1. Navigate to the Funnel Position view
    1. Use the 'Channel mix at each stage of the funnel' report type filter to identify which channels are most frequently engaging new prospects
    1. Then use the 'Role of each channel across the funnel' report type to see intra-channel touchpoint distribution across the marketing funnel

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Paths view
    1. Use the 'First Touch' filter to understand how long it takes a new customer to convert when they have a specific TOF channel as their first touchpoint. Time to convert readouts are provided in the Summary States table on the right side of the page
    1. Replicate the view for another TOF channel to compare customer behavior on the path to conversion
  2. Navigate to the Cross-Channel view
    1. Use the Tiers filter to compare multiple TOF channels to compare attributed conversion volumes and cost effectiveness
  1. Now that you understand your TOF channels' role in the funnel and the efficiency of each channel in acquiring new customers, you can decide which channels can be scaled up or pulled back.
