If you use Singular for mobile app installs and engagement, Rockerbox can take in data from Singular to identify cross-device users. When Singular identifies a “match” between two devices, Rockerbox can use that information to tie together the user’s journey across those devices.
Please reach out to your Rockerbox representative to enable the Singular integration. Once the integration has been enabled, we will need you to loop us in with your Singular representatives so that we can work together to begin receiving data from Singular.
