In Segment - Custom Tracking Domain (CNAME)
If you are using Segment to track conversion activity in Rockerbox, please complete steps 1-3 here
Add the following to the screen in Step 2 in Segment (click on the Rockerbox destination and then Settings)
- Add your CNAME record in the Custom Tracking Domain field in Segment. Your CNAME record is available in the First Party Domain section of the initial onboarding flow in the Rockerbox UI. In the screenshot below, the CNAME record is r4hi2hy4.tzscale43-rbtest.com
- Turn on Enable Cookie Sync
