MMM KPI: Revenue or Conversions

By default, Rockerbox MMM evaluates your marketing investments and other factors impact on revenue. However, for some customers, a KPI such as conversions (ex: signups, subscription starts, leads) will be more relevant.

If this is the case for your, then make sure to notify your Rockerbox CSM to configure your account to target a conversion KPI instead. The UI will reflect metrics more appropriate for conversions. This includes replacing:

  • Revenue with conversions
  • ROAS with CPA
If your KPI is conversions, make sure you upload conversions for your KPI, and not revenue!
