Data Storage & Retention
Rockerbox has two main data types:
- Unassociated Data: Data processed by Rockerbox that isn’t associated to a conversion
- Associated Data: Data processed by Rockerbox that is associated to a conversion
Data storage & retention:
- Unassociated Data is retained for a maximum of 200 days active, with archives up to 365 days, then any Unassociated Data will be permanently deleted.
- Associated Data is retained for the duration of the applicable agreement and deleted or returned upon expiration, termination, or earlier written instruction.
