Data Status Reporting: Email Notifications

As part of Data Status Reporting, customers can opt-in to receive emails notifying them of missing data.

Data Status Reporting notifications are sent at 9AM ET every day for any DSR failures for yesterday’s data. It includes conversion data, spend data, and synthetic data for platforms that Data Status Reporting supports. If data status reporting is not shown in the UI for a given platform, it is NOT currently supported via email.

Who gets an email notification?

The email notification goes to anyone assigned to a “role” with the "Receive" email notification permission. See Role Based Access Control (RBAC) documentation for further details. 

What is the process to receive this notificiation?

Customers must be opted-in to role-based access control in order to get this notification. Please reach out to your CSM for assistance.

If I don't want to use Rules-Based Access Control can I still get notifications?

No, RBAC is a requirement.
