How does Rockerbox handle campaign name changes?

What can we expect if we change a campaign name?

In the Rockerbox UI:

- No action necessary on your side for the new name to take effect.

- New campaign name will be applied to all historic events associated with the campaign ID.

- You can expect the UI to update the following day after we start receiving the new campaign name.

In Data Warehousing:

- New campaign name will automatically start appearing on a go-forward basis in all datasets.

- For historic correction, please reach out to support@rockerbox.com with your requested timeline for the changes. There are some limitations for historic data correction that we will take into consideration as we assess your request.
