Pepperjam

  1. Enable the Pepperjam integration under Data > Digital Advertising by clicking "Connect New Account"
  2. Automate daily spend reporting from Pepperjam --> Rockerbox using the instructions below.
  3. To track clicks, apply the below tracking parameters to all affiliate links.
  4. Confirm that tracking is applied to all your ads using the Advertising Platform page. More info on QAing your tracking can be found here.

Tracking Parameters

  1. Pepperjam Ascend™ campaigns need to have Rockerbox specific URL parameters in order to track appropriately. To set this up in Pepperjam, navigate to the Generic Creative page.
  2. Add the following Rockerbox parameters to your destination URL Parameters and press save. Make sure to keep your &clickId={clid} parameter as well.

Batch Spend

For Rockerbox to report on Pepperjam spend, you will need to contact Pepperjam manager to deliver a standard daily spend report to Rockerbox. To do so, you will:

  1. Find your SFTP details under Data > Advertising Platforms. Navigate to the platform tile and select "Instructions" here in Rockerbox.
  2. Contact Pepperjam at insights.support@partnerize.com, providing them with the details of the SFTP endpoint.
  3. Pepperjam will need to set up automated reporting within their platform to be sent to the Rockerbox endpoint.
    1. Files should be sent on a daily cadence.
    2. Each file should contain the previous 1 day of spend data.
    3. Files should be in .csv format.
    4. Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below, including capitalization & spacing.
