If you've turned on webhooks to send to Rockerbox conversion data, you may be tempted to remove Rockerbox pixels from your site. However, you should not do that.
Rockerbox requires on-site pixels to match your external user identifier to our cookie identifier. We need that cookie identifier in order to connect user's marketing events to their conversion activity. If you remove the on-site pixel, we'll have no way to match external_id to our uid.
