Redelivering Scheduled Reports

If Rockerbox is sending you reports on a regular basis for ingestion, you may need to have those reports redelivered from time to time due to changes in historical data. This may happen after we process any of the following:

Redelivering Reports/Historical Deliveries

To resend yourself a report through the same delivery mechanism you’ve already setup (S3, Email, SFTP), then do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > Exports
  2. Go to Scheduled Exports
  3. Click the View Status button on the right-hand side
  4. Click Redeliver Report
  5. Enter the Date Range. This should cover the affected dates; for example, if your TV postlog includes ad spots from

, the report date range should cover that window.

  1. Select whether you want reports delivered in Single Day increments, or one Aggregated report across the entire date range.
  2. Click Deliver Report

Rockerbox will then redeliver the report in the same format to the endpoint that’s been previously configured.

Note: you will need to make sure you have a process for handling data updates.
