What to do when launching new channels

Please let Rockerbox know as soon as possible! (At least 3 weeks notice)

Tracking will need to be implemented across all ads and most often cannot be recovered. Giving your Rockerbox team a heads up before launching a new channel will:

  • For vendors that have existing Rockerbox integration: make sure your team has the tracking you need to deploy before launching your ads.
  • For vendors that do not have existing Rockerbox integrations: give both teams time to scope feasibility and details of the new integration
